Dashboard Overview

The Lending & Deposits dashboard is your central hub for managing loan applications, deposit accounts, and daily workflows. This guide explains the main components and how to navigate effectively.

Dashboard Tools

ButtonActionDescription
Lending/Deposit ToggleThe ability to switch between viewing your lending applications and your deposit applications sits in the upper right area in the dashboard. This functionality may be locked if the user doesn't have adequate permissions to access either dashboard.
New ApplicationThe +Application allows you to create an application from scratch.
New ProspectThe +Prospect button opens functionality that serves as a preliminary stage of an application. It's designed to convert into an application as soon as the applicant is ready to move forward.
Dashboard RefreshClicking the refresh button will quickly refresh the application queue.
DownloadClicking the download button will prompt options for downloading the Dashboard Data and Credit Analysis Data. When selecting Credit Analysis Download, you'll be prompted to select a date range to extract data from.
Edit ApplicationClicking the pencil will allow you to edit aspects of the application.
More Actions

- Set Reminder allows you to follow up on a specific date alongside a notes section

- Add Notes will display a text box for you to specify any applicable notes relevant to the applicaiton

- Add Quick Reference is best used for quick notes

- Assign To Me will assign the application to you

- Assign To Employee will allow you to select an employee by email to assign the application to, along with notes if applicable

Lending Columns

When the Lending toggle is on, the following columns will display:

  • Status - The current status of the application

  • Name - Name of the applicant

  • Contact - Applicant's contact information including phone number and email

  • Create Date - When the application was submitted

    • Sortable by clicking on the arrow to the right
  • EMP ID - Employee ID, the email of the employee servicing the application

  • Underwriting Application # - Number associated with the application

  • Referral # - A referral number will display if there was a promo code associated with the application

Deposit Columns

When the Deposit toggle is on, the following columns will display:

  • Name - Name of the applicant

  • Funding Amt./Date - The funded amount and date it was funded

  • Status - The current status of the application

  • Contact - Applicant's contact information including phone number and email

  • Create Date - When the application was submitted

    • Sortable by clicking on the arrow to the right
  • EMP ID - Employee ID, the email of the employee servicing the application

  • Core Account # - The account associated with the application in the core
